Kerry Walsh Hartington began her career in immigration working as a BIA-Accredited Representative at Catholic Social Services in Philadelphia. She subsequently worked full-time as a paralegal at immigration law firms in Philadelphia and South Jersey while attending law school at night. Kerry graduated from Widener School of Law in 2008 and is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars.
Since 2008, Kerry’s practice has been limited to immigration law. She manages the Vineland office, located in the “garden” of the Garden State. In recent years, Kerry has represented hundreds of individuals who have successfully obtained immigrant visas abroad after filing an unlawful presence waiver or provisional unlawful presence waiver.
Kerry is a frequent speaker at immigration law seminars throughout the country on the topic of waivers and family immigration law. Kerry is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. She fluent in Spanish. She spends her free time going on adventures with her husband and two little boys.
